Current Problems of Expert Study of Verbal Message Containing Information of Extremist Nature

Abstract

The article focuses on the establishment and development of linguistic expertise as a new type of expertise, the main task of which is investigation of verbal message containing information of extremist nature, determining some peculiarities of complex psychological-linguistic investigation of the matter. At present forensic-linguistic expertise as an independent kind of expertise, which falls into the category of forensic-verbal, is at the stage of completeness of forming theoretical basis. The author concludes that this kind of expertise has become quite popular in Ukraine recently. To carry out the psychological-linguistic analysis of the materials at high scientific and methodological level, to give well- grounded answers to the assigned tasks an expert should not limit himself to the framework of algorithms of investigation used in traditional psychological-linguistic expertise. Complex object of study requires adequate approaches and methods, as well as reference to the related fields of knowledge to obtain necessary information.
