Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the constitutional and legal foundations of the status of judges during the period of the national liberation struggle at the beginning of the 20th century (1917-1921), the factors that influenced their formation are identified. The dynamics of individual elements of the legal status of judges during the development of draft constitutional acts is investigated.
